We optimise our production workflows on an ongoing basis to create products of the highest quality. This doesn’t simply start with the ongoing monitoring of all processes throughout the entire production phase, it starts with close collaboration with suppliers and placing highest possible standards on all ingredients and packaging materials.

Käserei Champignon holds IFS “Higher Level” and the highest BRC distinction for:
- Ongoing inspection of milk delivered daily for quality and constituents such as fat and protein content
- High hygiene standards in buildings, production sites and among employees
- The use of experienced and highly trained cheesemakers
- Subjecting products to ongoing process and quality checks before shipment
